With botox and filler treatments, you can reduce the signs of aging and eliminate unwanted wrinkles. Aesthetics treatments are $13 per unit and take about 15 minutes to complete. The cost for injectable fillers is $550 per syringe and takes about 45 minutes to complete.

Hydrafacials

If you’re looking for the ultimate facial treatment for your skin, try our hydrafacial. A hydrafacial will cleanse and hydrate your skin, leaving you with a beautiful glow. The base cost for a hydrafacial is $199.

If you book this service monthly, you can receive hydrafacials at a discounted rate of $149. Add-ons, such as lymph node drainage and scalp treatments, are available for an additional cost.

Hormone Therapy

There are many physical symptoms related to an imbalance of hormones for men and women. We offer hormone treatment to remedy this issue and help you feel better physically.

We create a custom plan to fit your individual needs and offer different treatments such as laboratory manufactured hormones, bioidentical hormones, pellet therapy, and testosterone therapy. An initial visit for a new patient costs $150. For established patients, follow up visits are $100.

Medical Exams For CDL

Nancy Davis Med Spa offers DOT physicals in St. George, UT. A DOT physical is necessary for commercial drivers to determine whether they are physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of operating their vehicle. As a certified DOT medical examination center, we can fit you in as a new or returning patient for your annual DOT exam.
