Our Med Spa Services
Aesthetics, Botox, & Fillers
Our aesthetic treatments, including botox and fillers, can refresh your appearance and help you feel confident in your skin. Botox can be used as an anti-aging treatment as well as a treatment for various medical conditions.
With botox and filler treatments, you can reduce the signs of aging and eliminate unwanted wrinkles. Aesthetics treatments are $13 per unit and take about 15 minutes to complete. The cost for injectable fillers is $550 per syringe and takes about 45 minutes to complete.

Hydrafacials
If you’re looking for the ultimate facial treatment for your skin, try our hydrafacial. A hydrafacial will cleanse and hydrate your skin, leaving you with a beautiful glow. The base cost for a hydrafacial is $199.
If you book this service monthly, you can receive hydrafacials at a discounted rate of $149. Add-ons, such as lymph node drainage and scalp treatments, are available for an additional cost.

Hormone Therapy
There are many physical symptoms related to an imbalance of hormones for men and women. We offer hormone treatment to remedy this issue and help you feel better physically.
We create a custom plan to fit your individual needs and offer different treatments such as laboratory manufactured hormones, bioidentical hormones, pellet therapy, and testosterone therapy. An initial visit for a new patient costs $150. For established patients, follow up visits are $100.
Prescription Aids
In addition to our weight loss plans, we offer appetite suppressants to help you on your weight loss journey. We’ll help you determine what prescription works best for you and will help you meet your weight loss goals. The Semaglutide Weight Loss Program is available for $150.
Medical Exams For CDL
Nancy Davis Med Spa offers DOT physicals in St. George, UT. A DOT physical is necessary for commercial drivers to determine whether they are physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of operating their vehicle. As a certified DOT medical examination center, we can fit you in as a new or returning patient for your annual DOT exam.

Massage Therapy
If you’re looking for a way to relax and refresh your mind and body, book an appointment at Nancy Davis Med Spa for massage therapy. Kassi Sapp, our LMT, offers full-body, deep tissue, hot stone, light, medical, and prenatal massages in our office. She also offers craniosacral therapy. Massages start at $80 per hour and outcall massages are $125.
IV Infusion Therapy

Medical Cannabis Provider
This service takes 30 minutes and the cost is $150. Nancy Davis Med Spa is also a medical cannabis provider and we’re happy to meet with you to discuss your needs. Your initial visit as a new patient costs $150 and follow up medical cannabis visits are $100.
Our Approach
At Nancy Davis Med Spa, we believe every person has different needs when it comes to overall health and wellness. If you’re a new patient with our med spa, we book an initial appointment before performing any services to determine the best plan for your treatment.
Your initial appointment will take about 45 minutes and includes a look at your medical history as well as a physical exam. During your first visit, we’ll also perform a diet consultation and discuss prescriptions if necessary. We ensure you have updated lab work on file and lab work is requested if it has been more than 6 months.
Our Fees
The fee for your first visit to Nancy Davis Med Spa is $150 and covers your initial consultation and physical exam. We create an individualized plan for all our patients to achieve the most optimal results. We recommend follow up visits every two weeks or every month, depending on the patient. Follow up visits are $100. A visit for a new medical cannabis and Semaglutide weight loss patient is $150.
